By using Storeo, you agree to these rules. Since this is a free tool, we have specific protections in place to keep the platform running.

Independent Platform

Storeo is an independent software tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp. The use of the "WhatsApp" name is for conceptual identification only.

Service Availability & Data

Storeo is a **free service as of now**. We provide the platform "as-is" without any warranties. While we strive for 100% uptime:

  • We are not responsible for any data loss, including product images, catalog descriptions, or account info.
  • We recommend merchants keep their own backups of product details and pricing.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free service at any time without prior notice.

Transaction Liability

Storeo does not process payments. All transactions happen directly between the merchant and the customer on WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for: Payment disputes, undelivered goods, fraudulent buyers, or merchant-customer disagreements. You use this tool at your own risk.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Storeo to sell illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, or any content that violates the laws of India. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms instantly.
